Months ago, Los Angeles went to hell. Or maybe hell came to Los Angeles. Find out the truth once and for all. Plus, someone's been manipulating everyone from the start. Angel would very much like to meet him, and he'll tear through every demon in LA to do so. Meanwhile, Spike has something important to tell Wesley, Illyria has a new role, and what the hell is Gunn keeping in the basement?

S5 of the show ended in early 2004. I guess we can now date these events to late-October of '04, because the Red Sox have obviously just won the World Series, and Hell is freezing over! 8-) :D

Wow that's gorgeous! I keep getting more and more excited about the AtF series. And hey, they're getting more snow in Hell-A than I got the entire year in North Carolina booo.

Damn Fred/Illyira's hair looks awesome. I need to get me one of those windblowing machines. And the light and blood on the sword, wicked cool.

My fav cover thus far.

Alex Garner is awesome. The best AAtF cover so far. Illyria looks amazing. And for some strange reason every time I look at the cover, my eyes drift down to Illyria's calf. Ha! I’m so weird. -Ben

One of the things I really like about the cover is how you can see Angel's breath! It shows that he has to breath now and just how human he is! I love it!!

Squee!!! My joy at seeing Fred was very much tempered by the thought of losing Illyria...I do love me some Illyria (could you tell? ;-) )

Though, of course, I'm not entirely convinced that Fred is really "back." Remember how Illyria could shift forms?
